April 2021 Showroom Closure

To Our Valued Community,

As we have all most likely seen, the Ontario provincial government announced a 28 day stay at home order starting Thursday, April 8 at 12:01am. This order was executed in response to the spiking cases of COVID-19 in our province.

As an essential business supplying into the construction industry, we will be remaining open during the next 28 days. We have decided to close our showroom during the stay-at-home order, to ensure that we keep our staff safe. During the last year, we have developed adequate systems to ensure our customers continue receiving the same service they are accustomed to, in non-COVID times. We will be reviving these systems, which are listed below, until we determine it is safe to re-open our showroom for visitors.

Curbside Pickups
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am-4pm, Friday: 9am-3pm
  • Location: warehouse dock doors on southwest corner of the building
  • Please allow 1 hour for processing of curbside pick up orders

Orders and customer inquiries to be accepted via phone, orders@berenson.ca, our website and/or your salesrep.

We look forward to seeing you all again in person, once we are through this next stage of the pandemic. There may be more challenging times ahead, but we are sure that with the resilience we have all cultivated in the last 12 months, we have the tools available to continue weathering the storm and come out stronger on the other side.
