COVID-19 Response Update

To Our Valued Community,

As you may be aware, we encountered a COVID issue early last week and had to temporarily shutdown our operation. We resumed shipping products on Thursday, December 3 and as of today, Tuesday, December 8th, we are happy to announce that we are resuming our customer pickup service. We have modified our pickup procedure to ensure safety of our staff and customers, as well as fair & timely filling of orders. Please see below for details:

  • Orders will be processed in the order they were received by Berenson.
  • The warehouse is open 9am-4pm for pickups. Customers will be contacted once their orders are ready to be picked up. Please do not send a driver until you are contacted.
  • Due to our Covid-19 safety restrictions we will not be accepting same day, in-person orders at our warehouse location. We are scheduling pickups to protect the safety of our staff and our customers and prevent crowding while waiting for pickup orders.
  • All orders should be placed through your sales rep or sent to orders@berenson.ca.
  • New pick-up orders will take approximately two days for processing.

These modified pickup procedures will continue until next week and we ask for your patience as we resume this service. Our Showroom will also remain closed at this time and intention is to provide an answer next week on its status moving forward.

COVID-19 Response Update

To Our Valued Community,

As you may be aware, we have been closed this week regarding a COVID concern. Today, Thursday Dec 3rd, we are pleased to report that we are resuming shipping. Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff, customers, suppliers, and community so our office staff are currently working remotely as they did in April, May, and June. 

Our Showroom will also remain closed at this time pending further investigation and review of Public Health and Region of York guidelines. Our intention is to provide an answer next week on the status of our showroom and customer pick ups. Until that time, customer visits and pick up orders are temporarily suspended.
