COVID-19 Update: Showroom Operations and Pickup Procedure

To our Valued Community,

At the core of Berenson is family, not just your traditional family, our family extends to our team, and you, our customers and partners. We have modified our current showroom operations to ensure business continuity while placing the priority on keeping the Berenson family safe. The rising incidents of COVID-19 positive cases in Ontario due to the omicron variant, compelled us to make the decision to reduce showroom services.

As an essential construction industry supplier, we will remain open. However, we have decided to reduce the occupancy of our showroom, to ensure the safety of staff and customers. We will revert to the COVID-19 procedures from earlier in the pandemic, which will ensure our customers continue receiving the same quality of service you are accustomed to from Berenson. Below we have summarized the changes and how you can orientate them to ensure continuity.


Showroom Visits

  • Occupancy: Reduced to 6 persons, please allow extra time, as there may be a small line-up. Once your order is placed, we request you return to your vehicles until your order is ready for pickup at the warehouse door. We can call your cell when it is prepared.
  • Avoid the wait: Use our curbside pickup service. Orders can be placed ahead of time via our website, phone or email and picked up from the warehouse.
  • Showroom Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm, Friday: 8am-3pm


Curbside Pickups

  • Please allow 1 hour for processing of curbside pickup orders
  • Pickup Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am-4pm, Friday: 9am-3pm
  • Location: warehouse dock doors on southwest corner of the building


Placing Orders

  • We are operating with 50% of our staff onsite and the other 50% working remotely. All our systems are set-up to ensure business continuity.
  • Phone Orders: Please ensure you leave a voicemail, we have limited staff onsite to answer phones, but have a dedicated team that is working through phone orders, and they process the voicemail queue in chronological priority.
  • Email Orders: Continue to email orders to orders@berenson.ca, to ensure swiftest turnaround. Sending emails to individual customer service representatives accounts could significantly delay your order, as orders@berenson.ca is processed first.
  • Website Orders: Our Customer Service team will continue to prioritize and process online orders regularly.
