Shipping and Returns at Berenson Inc.
Overages, Shortages, Mis-shipments
Notifications of any overage, shortage, or mis-shipment is required within fifteen (15) days. Any claim not made within this period is conclusively deemed waived by Buyer.
Returns
Returns are not accepted without a written Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Buyer must request an RMA within fifteen (15) days of the date of the shipment. Requests for an RMA submitted later than fifteen days (15 days) of the date of the shipment are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, along with freight charges.
No Returns will be accepted after ninety (90) days from the date of shipment.
No returns will be accepted on on non-stock items except Berenson Decorative Hardware,
unless defective.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by carrier at the time of the shipment. Claims or loss of damage to the contents should, therefore, be made upon the carrier. Berenson Inc. will assist to support the claim.
