Prices
Buyer must inform Berenson Inc. about any discrepancies in pricing.Prices on the invoice corrected manually
by the Buyer without an approval from Berenson Inc. will assist to support the claim. Requests for price
change after 90 days from the date of the shipment will not be accepted.
Payment
New 30 days, following the invoice date for qualified accounts in up-to-date status.
All orders without credit terms will be on a C.O.D. basis only.
Freight
All orders are F.O.B. Toronto (our warehouse) unless otherwise agreed upon.
