3-Way Adjustment

Integrated 3-way adjustment allows for better door alignment in three directions: Horizontal +3mm/-2mm, Vertical +3mm/-3mm, Depth +1mm/-1mm.

Overall Aethetics

The hinges feature a squared shape and round corners and come with cover caps to hide all scews for a clean and sleek appearence.

Easy Installation

The hinges incorporate a feature that allows the hinge leaves to seperate into two pieces. One side is installed in the door and the other in the frame or cabinet.

180 Degree Opening

The door can be pushed all the way open, allowing full access to the space without the door getting in the way. This also helps to accomodate wheelchairs.

Touch Latches

Pair push or touch latches with HES3D hinges for the ultimate hidden door. A sleight push on the door will pop it open, allowing it to be gripped without the need for handles and knobs. Like the hinges, Sugatsune touch latches are available for any door size. Use the ML-30 for standard cabinet doors, or the long-stroke ML-120 for closets and pantries. The small but mighty ML-ZN80 (pictured above) packs a heavy punch for full sized doors up to 400 pounds.

Soft-Close Door Dampers

If you prefer to go the less concealed route, door dampers can be paired with HES3D hinges for smooth and silent soft-close movement. For this application, a handle is recommended for easy access to the space. Great for contemporary designs, this combination gives you the clean-lined look of a flush door. Sugatsune dampers are available for any door size. Use the DC-200 series for cabinet doors, the LDD-S series for closets and pantries, and the heavy-duty LDD-V100 for full sized doors. The LDD-V100 is recessed into the door and frame for a high-end, hidden look that makes the technical components nearly disappear.
