Prices

Berenson reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Buyer must inform Berenson about any discrepancies in pricing. Requests for price adjustments after 90 days from the date of the shipment will not be accepted.

Payment

Net 30 days, following the invoice date for qualified accounts in up-to-date status. All orders without credit terms will be on a C.O.D. basis only.

Freight

All orders are F.O.B. Toronto (our warehouse) unless otherwise agreed upon.
